Our Team is searching for a vibrant, self motivated, experienced sales associate to manage our transaction business, consulting and financial analysis. Education & Experience
- 2+ years of investment sales experience
- Active Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or a related field preferred
- CCIM, MAI or related classes are a plus
- Training in the self storage industry
- Responsible for Office Operations and Transaction Process.
- Property file set up; gather data and reports, property research
- Maintain and build client database, prepare and distribute bulk mail and large group email
- Time line to closing and to facilitate the process according to the timelines established
- Prepare marketing packages, flyers, and sales brochures.
- Assist Broker and Attorneys in facilitating offers and contracts
- Responsible for the due diligence phase of the contract and due diligence webpage
- Facilitate closings with the closing agent and all parties involved
- Financial analysis, Modeling and Underwriting
- Service and communicate with clients
- Excellent communication, business writing, organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, organized, meet deadlines and problem solving
- Provide general office administration and support
- Excellent computer Office skills are a must; MS office - Outlook, Excel, Word, MapPoint, html
- Self motivated and productive with attention to detail
