Transaction & Office Manager
Hart Storage Realty is a Commercial Real Estate Company, specializing in the Brokerage of Self Storage properties. We are searching for a vibrant, self motivated, experienced individual to be responsible for office operations and the sales process. Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience; title agent, paralegal, commercial real estate assistant, executive office administrator, or related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Excellent computer and office skills are a must; MS office - Outlook, Excel, Word, MapPoint, PowerPoint, ACT, Adobe, desktop publishing, website and the internet.
- Proficient in troubleshooting software, computer, and office equipment
- Excellent communication, business writing, organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, organized, meet deadlines and problem solving
- Provide general administration support; correspondence, copying, faxing, scanning, emailing, mail, etc.
- Self Motivated and Career Oriented
Duties: Responsible for Office Operations and Brokers Assistant managing the Brokerage Process. Some of the duties are:
- Property file set up; gather data and reports, property research
- Maintain client database, including software administration and website
- Time line to closing and to facilitate the process according to the timelines established
- Prepare marketing packages, flyers, and sales brochures.
- Answer phone and be able to service clients with general information
- Provide sales assistance and general administration support; correspondence, copying, faxing, scanning, emailing, mail, etc.
- Prepare and distribute bulk mail and large group email
- Assist Broker and Attorneys in facilitating offers and contracts
- Responsible for the due diligence phase of the contract and due diligence webpage
- Facilitate Closing with the closing agent and all parties involved
Marketing and Sales Director
Hart Storage Realty is a Commercial Real Estate Company, specializing in the brokerage of Self Storage properties. We are assembling a Brokerage Team and searching for a vibrant, self motivated, experienced individual to prepare and distribute marketing packages and all promotional materials, to manage our website and client database, sales assistance and tradeshow hosting. Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a marketing coordinator, executive office administrator, title agent or paralegal, commercial real estate assistant or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Excellent computer and office skills are a must; MS office - Outlook, Excel, Word, MapPoint, PowerPoint, ACT, Adobe, desktop publishing, and the internet.
- Proficient in troubleshooting software, computer, and office equipment
- Excellent communication, business writing, organizational and time management skills

Duties
- Prepare marketing packages, flyers, and sales brochures. Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, print ads and website.
- Advertising & marketing budget and marketing time schedules
- Answer phone and be able to service clients with general information
- Provide general administration support; correspondence, copying, faxing, scanning, emailing, mail, etc.
- Prepare and distribute bulk mail and large group email
- Maintain client database, including software administration
- Maintain the website and print ads. ensure timely updates to content
- Organize and attend tradeshows
